Innovation in the classroom

"In our Executive MBA classroom, innovation is used to advance the learning process. First, we bring individuals with completely different backgrounds to share their experience and work together on various traditional activities. Then we have the teams work on specific issues related to the innovation process and how to accompany start-ups at the different stages of the creation process. Last, simulations and other games enhance the participants’ learning process. For exemple, being part of a crisis management simulation makes the participant able to experience the real thing." Dr. Olivier Epinette, Associate Dean.
