Innovation, Globalisation and Transformation

The research team "Innovation, globalisation and transformation" studies the transformation of business networks associated with the globalisation process. The work carried out by the team is to better understand the collective strategies and the main challenges associated with the collective innovation dynamics that is at the very core of business ecosystems. The objective is also to better understand the cultural factors associated with the globalisation process of businesses and the answers supplied by "ethnic" and community marketing.

Scientific Project

To understand the different facets of the process of transformation of business networks through a multidisciplinary approach (HR, Strategy, Marketing, Finance and Law) and especially to better comprehend the relational strategies and the development of business models. The role of ICT in inter-firm relations, the changes in purchasing behaviour and open innovation are also research objectives of the team.
