First year students at Telecom Business School may choose either on-campus housing or student housing close to the campus.

The Maisel (Maison des élèves in French) is an association hosting students.

It accepts housing applications from :

• First year students
• International students
• Master of science students (*)
• Specialized master students (*)
• Transfer Student
• Second year students members of on-campus associations (based on availability and recommendation of student government and accepted by the Maisel)
• Specific cases (approval required from Student Social Services and the Maisel)
• Second and third year students according to a quota determined by the Board of Directors of the Maisel
