Curriculum

Etudiants de Télécom Ecole de Management, programme grande école

The curriculum at Télécom Ecole de Management covers three years. Upon completion, the School awards a  diploma, “grade de master”, recognized by the state. The program’s force lies on the different opportunities students have, after acquiring the fundamentals, to “create” their own curriculum track in light of their professional goals.  Students can thus choose “V2A: Voies d'Approfondissement Académiques” as of the second year.

  • 1st year (level last year bachelor) is focused on management fundamentals.
  • 2nd year (Master’s level) students acquire expertise in management theory thanks to upper level courses and electives.
  • 3rd year students pursue among 12 majors allowing them to gain professional experience in a particular area. Depending on the major chosen, students can opt for six months if classes are followed by a six month internship or choose to alternate between an internship and course work, the latter also available under an apprenticeship model.

Students can also do a gap which allows them to gain an entire year of professional experience in France or abroad.

The apprenticeship option is possible as of the second year.

Proximity with engineering schools 

Students of Télécom Ecole de Management are particularly conscious to the scientific culture thanks to the affiliation of TEM to the Institut Mines-Télécom and to the proximity with engineering schools and associates. TEM share its campus with the school of engineering Télécom SudParis. Students of the Integrated Master's in Management share communal classes and work on different projects with engineer students : "Semaine de l'innovation", "Challenge Projets d'Entreprendre", languages and social sciences classes.
